The program is designed to build durable, high-leverage habits before poor AI and concierge-computing habits become embedded. It is not framed as AI training: it improves performance immediately and scales naturally into intent-based work and concierge computing. Participants build judgment infrastructure without the label, and the organization inoculates against emerging failure modes early.

The program consists of ten focused 10-minute modules. Each module covers one durable habit, improves performance immediately, reinforces accountability and judgment, and scales naturally into concierge computing and intent-based work.

Delivery & Structure

How It Works

Delivery model

  • Video-on-demand versions are available for immediate use — if you prefer not to change or deliver the content yourself, you can deploy the full program as ready-made on-demand videos right away.
  • Alternatively, each module can be delivered live as virtual instructor-led training (VILT) or in person using the facilitator materials.
  • Live sessions can be recorded and made available on demand.
  • Q&A from live sessions can be captured and shared with on-demand participants.
  • A virtual expert (chatbot) is available across all sessions so participants can converse with an AI coach in the content across the full curriculum — during or after sessions.

How the modules stack

  • Modules 1–3 → Foundational clarity & boundaries (~30 min)
  • Modules 1–5 → Critical thinking & decision quality (~50 min)
  • Modules 1–10 → Full judgment-aware, AI-ready workforce (~100 min total, modular delivery)

Deployment is flexible: release one per week, make 1–3 mandatory immediately, or offer 4–10 as progressive capability.

The Ten Modules

Each session ends with: “This habit makes your work better today. And as AI becomes more embedded in your daily work, it becomes essential.”

  1. Start with intent — What are we trying to achieve?
  2. Name constraints and non-negotiables — What constraints must shape it?
  3. Separate execution from judgment — Where should judgment happen?
  4. Surface assumptions — What are we assuming?
  5. Generate real options — What real options exist?
  6. Preserve decision context — What did we decide and why?
  7. Detect drift early — Are we drifting?
  8. Recognize high-stakes moments — Is this high-stakes?
  9. Make accountability explicit — Who owns the consequences?
  10. Work transparently — Can others inspect, trust, and coordinate around this work?

Individually, each session improves how people work today. Collectively, they prepare the organization for AI-augmented and intent-based work — building culture gradually rather than attempting transformation all at once.

For each module you receive a facilitator guide with scripts and a slide deck to share with your audience. Every session can be run as instructor-led training (ILT) or virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and can be recorded and offered as on-demand video. If you prefer not to customize or deliver the content yourself, video-on-demand versions are available for immediate use.

You receive a perpetual license: purchasers may modify the content in any way and use it as often as they want internally. The materials — and any derivative versions — may not be shared outside the organization or sold to others. Free periodic updates are included as the AI landscape continues to evolve, so your program stays current.
